Made by Dipali Gupta, Amazon Domestic celebrates collective feminine power. Inspired by the Amazonian's women beyond patriarchal society, it evokes strength, resilience, and solidarity. Through collage, thread-work, and black ink marks made using vibrators, the work reclaims feminine identity and pleasure as agency. Fragmented forms disrupt the body and subvert the male gaze. The horse, shaped from a world map, becomes a symbol of movement, women claiming power across systems.
